Interviewing and asking questions is the keystone skill of safety professionals. It underpins all other aspects.
By asking powerful questions in a non-confrontational, structured manner, you will undercover accurate information, feelings, beliefs, actions and evidence. Poor quetions lead to poor answers and superficial results.
This 2-day workshop is based on cognitive behavioural interviewing developed by Professor Eric Shepherd. It is the basis of global police detective training and a proven techniques to draw out teh best infomration from people.
This workshop will help safety professionals, Learning Teams, or those charged with more formal investigations of events to get teh best information in a manner usable in legal proceedings.
